Main Shipping Terms
- FREE economy shipping on orders of $199 CAD or more (before taxes and shipping) in Canada excluding remote & difficult to serve locations (more information in sidebar)
- Orders below $199 are subject to a $10 economy shipping fee.
- All orders require 1 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page.
- $24 express shipping is available in Canada, excluding remote and difficult to serve locations.
- FREE shipping in the United States for orders over $399 CAD. US Orders below $399 CAD are subject to a $29.99 shipping fee.
Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
*May take longer to Hawaii, Alaska, military addresses and other non-standard addresses
Difficult To Serve Locations
These are certain locations which may incur additional delivery time and may be less frequently served by our delivery partners. Orders shipping to these locations are eligible for free economy shipping on orders valued over $199 CAD. Orders below $199 CAD are subject to a $10 shipping fee. "Difficult to serve locations" are those with postal codes beginning in A0, B0, C0, X0 and Y0 which are not considered an "Air Stage Location" by Canada Post. If, you are shipping to a postal code beginning in A0, B0, C0, X0 and Y0 which is confirmed to be a remote or "Air Stage Location" (see below for full list of remote postal codes), then your order will be subject to remote locations shipping charges, as outlined below.
Difficult to serve locations are not eligible for Express Shipping.

We are currently unable to accept returns from these select locations. If you have a problem with your order, please respond to any of your order update emails or contact us at email@example.com. All orders require 1 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered.
Shipping time quoted in checkout does not include processing time.
Babychu provides two shipping options - Economy Shipping & Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Economy Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 1 business days of processing time in our warehouse before it ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Our standard Economy Shipping is free in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) when your order value is over $199. Economy Shipping will deliver your package using standard shipping methods. Orders below $199 are subject to a $10 shipping fee. Babychu ships using multiple delivery partners. A carrier will be assigned to your order at time of shipping.
Express Shipping is a premium service available to orders shipping in Canada (excluding remote & difficult to serve locations) that is provided by our shipping partners. After leaving our warehouse, our shipping partners will prioritize your package and work to deliver it as quickly as possible.
Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. You can request a cancellation in one of the following ways:

*Ensure that you include your Babychu order number in your email, and/or have it readily available if you are phoning in.
Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery.
Our goal at Babychu is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of unopened products up to 7 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable are not within our return guidelines. We are currently unable to accept returns from US locations. We also cannot accept any returns from products in the following categories:

- Re-usable feminine pads
- All Car Seats & Boosters
- All Strollers
- Infant Formula

- Toilet Risers

- Lulla Doll
- Bedding Accessories
- Temperature-controlled products
- Compression Stockings
- Support & Braces
- Ostomy Products
- Clearance Items
- Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
